just watching what I eat 'cause I've not being in the mood for workout. another proof that 80% depends on ehat you eat and 20% on exercise
160.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week
