So, it's 10 days into the new year and I weighed. I dropped 5 lbs! (I was 210 the last time I weighed and now I am 205 lbs). Renewed focus is working! Water intake is working. Portion control is working. It's a sunny Saturday on this frozen side of the pond and although it has gotten "warmer" it's still frigid by any standards at - 13C (that's 8.6F). Because of the wicked wind it feels like -25C (that's -13F). All I can say is Brrrrr! I went to bed at 1 am and woke up at about 10:15 am this morning. I am pretty happy with that sleep - it's the best one I have had this entire week. I feel energetic, happy and positive (even though I don't want to get out of bed right now ... brrrrr)! Have a great day friends - dreaming of Spring and my trip with the family to Walt Disney World!

Well done!!!! You have this! I didn't get my water in yesterday and went up almost one pound (plus went off the food a bit). So glad you got some rest. It means a lot.

MOM: the rest was sooooo needed! I am still in bed ... LOL! The entire house is so quiet so nobody has moved a muscle. Late breakfast for everyone!
