Sad that my weight went up so much, Covid made things miserable and I went back to horrible eating habits, trying to straighten up now but have heart failure, I think part of my issue is retaining water and shift up and down several pounds.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I gained five pounds having my thyroid, well half of it, taken out still couldn’t eat for a week and gained five pounds. That’s me!
