I'm feeling a little depressed that I've only lost 3 pounds in a week but I'll keep trying. I also really miss having sweets and alcohol!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Three pounds is alot and some folks would just die to have that happen. Keep your chin up your doing fine. If you really want to see where you could improve there is an excelent place to log everything you put in you mouth. It is so helpfull to be able to look back and see just where and what you can change in your diet to tweek it. Good Luck!

Thanks thersmith, that's a good idea about figuring out what to track and edit from the diet. Hopefully I can find time to enter it all! I think I'll keep a small notepad with me so I can write down everything I'm eating to enter at the end of the day since I can't do it while working.

Thats what I use to do. I just got a iphone, and there is a FS free app. so I can enter my foods through out the day, its nice.
