I like flavor, Shrewd, not overpowering hot. Green chiles are generally mild, but if you let them sit for a week, they can get hotter. I would call this medium heat. It also has tons of cumin, paprika and garlic. What I didn't mention above is that the chicken breast is shreddable tender from cooking it twice in the pressure cooker. Once to cook the meat, the second time to infuse the flavors all the way through. Sounds harder than it is, the first cooking is 12 minutes under pressure, the second is the same.

I made almost the same thing last night, but yours looks better. Maybe because I didn’t have to make it. lol
