I have increased my cardio exercise and as a result, I have gained 3 pounds. I need to eat more food more frequently but I'm struggling as to what to eat.

You need to eat more Protein and fiber. One of my tip is flax seed muffins with blueberries and walnuts. Flax seed are full with Protein and fiber like your walnuts. they are healthy. and other tip smoothies with any kind of berries, flax meal, oat meal, Cinnamon,ginger, pumpkin seed, almonds and chia seed.

snack on apples with a little bit of almond butter. strawberries with a little bit of cool whip with walnuts on top.
