Tried quick weight loss program but it doesn't seem to be working for me. I have been on a high protein/no carb diet for a long time. Any carbs usually don't work for me. So going to keep trying for a while, but may have to make some adjustments to see success! I am determined to get down to 140 - 145 asap!
