grrrr so mad at myself, yesterday I had a jewlery party and ate way to much, Im up 2.4 lbs in 1 day! :( enough said! today im going to try to not go over 1500 cals! once I lose 6.8 lbs I'll move down to 1400 ever 10lbs I will go down my cals! until I get to 1200 no less then that!
