Still the same weight. Went through weeks of adding whey protein to my diet and trying to bulk up. Got up to 190. Then back down to 185 today. Guess my body is just going through transformations and it will eventually balance out. Not losing hope. I know my waist is shrinking so I'm still happy :)
185.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
