Hi there Princess ! Doing great... How are you? Just completed a golf tournament (shot the lowest gross 5 over par) and happy with that. On running & miles, unfortunately I haven't pursued many miles since I have lost too much weight lately by fasting. Now I'm slowly putting back some mass muscles to regain strength. Hope you have a fantabulous week ahead 🤸‍♂️🌞⛳

Hey Matt, so great that you are enjoying your activity, and congrats on your golf success🏌️‍♂️, definately on my bucket list of sports to try. I'm glad that you are doing well and I'm doing ok also, decided to sign up for a December 5k walking event, will begin training for that 🤗 and then next year for the Run🏃🏾‍♀️ of that event, God willing🙏🏽. Didn't know you were into fasting, it is a great reset, how long did you fast for? Wishing you a likewise wonderful week ahead, with a full recovery to the goal you've set, blessings🙏🏽💗.

Great that you’re strongly motivated for 5k and inspired to train for that goals! Yes, you CAN do it!! The key is to endurance is to stay hydrated✅ On fasting, I have been doing quite regularly for at least 14 hours/day but lately it is getting so hot and with the demand for golf training, I take a pause.
