Back on the diet/ lifestyle change again...... This time I think I'll watch the diet, get comfortable with the foods for about a month. I'll weigh in in about a month. This way I'll be less inclined to reward myself with take out which was always my downfall. Although pants that were tight in the beginning of Dec are getting loose...... I like that progress.

Maybe start thinking of other rewards that don't involve food? I'm trying to get better at that--celebrating without a lot of sugar.
