For the record, on December 30th I weighed 227 pounds and then I put on 9 (nine) pounds in one week. Completely unconscionable. I went away to the Poconos and ate myself to the fullest. I just cannot believe putting on so much weight in one week. Today the 5th of January begins my cleansing. I hope I am successful.
