New year, new start, new me. After gaining 5 pounds of breakup weight and 2 pounds of holiday weight, I'm ready to get back on the track toward health. It's frustrating that I got so close to my goal last year and let my emotional eating and football season derail my progress. But, I have this really great feeling about 2015... :)
