I have been so off track it's not even funny. Haven't weighed myself in about two months and I have no idea what the scale will say but it can't be good. Just got back from vacation and the holidays so I'm sure it is going to be all bad news BUT since mini me goes back to boarding school tomorrow, I can go back the old routine of being motivated and serious and diligent about fat secret and eating only what I should. She eats carbs and has a habit of skinny shaming me. I need some support.
Part of what is going wrong is that my gym routine has gotten a little bit boring. Sure, bar works but it's the same music and the same sour faces. I think I need to mix it up and also need some sort of motivational present at the goal. So tomorrow at the gym I will figure out where my weight is now and what needs to be done to get myself back to where I want to be. I want to be at 140. I'm at least ten pounds higher than that right now.
