Wednesday is meeting day with networking at marie calendars and Rotary at Black Bear Diner this journal is to recognize calorie intake and measure my excercise regiment. so far this week I was able to workout twice Monday was a full upper body workout (1 1/2hrs) Tuesday Ab & Benchpress
