This new weigh in is so important to me.. I wanted to start the new year in the 150's... I honestly didn't think I would make due to December stress levels and off plan eating...In this next year I hope to reach my goals of 105 again...I also have set personal goals at the gym I want to achieve...The one thing I will do this year is be a lot kinder to myself..

I'm with u!!! u CAN DO IT! remember to monitor your results and that results are JUST information!!!! Keep doing that things that work for you and modify the ones that are not serving you or getting you the results you expected!!! Change 1 thing at a time, monitor and track it!!!

Thank you both... I think for the most frustrating thing for me is I will drop really fast then bounce a pound or two hold for a couple of days then drop again... Our bodies definately have a mind of their own...
