Leg Cramps. Calf. Messing me up. I was on mile 1.6 during run and feeling just fine cardio wise, and a cramp shut me down again. Opposite leg this time. Im stretching and icing so WTF? I am going to try pottasium supplement maybe?

Are you drinking enough water? I used to get cramp a lot and it was because I was dehydrated - particularly when I had alcohol that had dehydrated me

Well I like the alcohol, but agree how has your water intake been? If you drink to much you can wash out the potassium and salts. If you take in to little you can cramp. Balance is a beatch. Maybe a low cal sports drink or a banana could help.

I bet I may be drinking too much water if anything. I probably drink 150 to 200 oz a day. Never thought of that.
