I had soooo much sodium yesterday. Total salt bomb kind of day.
Christmas is over. Time to get back on the saddle. I've had a serving of pringles today and 4-5 chocolate sticks and 2 bourbon balls. But, I've eaten well - making sure I'm taking in lots of foods rich in potassium and calcium (to aid in hydration). I don't know if the excess salt was what my body needed, but I was able to go to sleep easily last night - which was a first in a long time. And, I've been feeling good today, too.
