It's been awhile. I am determined to get it done this time.
Today I have eaten no white carbs. That's a good start. I need more veg and less fat, though.
Ben and I walked for about 1 1/2 miles at the lake. It felt good to be moving in the sunshine again.
I just need to keep going this time. No problem. I got this.
