Merry Christmas !!! Hope all are staying on track with their goals..! I'm going backwards a little too much this week, first it's gaining some, now it's loosing too much.. be glad to get leveled out once meds do the same!!
125.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
