Feeling bloated at moment but I think it is because I over did the veg yesterday, just could not leave those carrots alone - going out tonight have saved up my cals so I can have a pint or two - weather has been a bit hot for the dogs so limited to very early or late walks which have been a lot shorter - still feel I'm doing OK will find out tomorrow when I get on those lovely scales ;-]
