my health has a big issue ...13 years ago i had surgery on my spine ..it still gives me problems , but smarty ass me asked the doctor if we could reduce the pain killers , anti imflatories ...you name it i was taking it by the bucket full.
we both agreed , within 2 days my back went into spasm , not been able to walk at all this week ..still taking diasapan to reduce the spasm ..but now my exercise and diet have taken a big battering ...hey ho now it is chrismas , not a chance now till the new year ..HAPPY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE ...HAPPY NEW YEAR ...PLEASE REMAIN SAFE ...
