Starting over a year later....sigh...this time the weight must come off ! at least I am down 5 pounds from my starting point. Pants are to tight around my waist I must undo my zipper for the drive to and from work. I look just awful and feel about the same. Don't want to be seen by anyone from my past much less my friends and family. Also need to start building some core strength, my back has tweaked out on me twice in the past 2 months as this has not happened in YEARS !!!! I nearly have back boobs and my arms giggle and hang like as if I where 80....
