1 month on this journey. Down 14 pounds. Sure hope I can keep this up for another 2 month. Eating a lot of air popped popcorn most evenings instead of my old snacks. Also staying away from the nightly 2-3 glasses of wine. The dog is getting a lot more exercise as well, walking a couple of hours daily.
181.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
