I have come to a realization this week, and I can thank one of my friends on here for putting my thoughts in perspective for me, I have got to stop thinking so narrowmindly about food. With this last diet that I tried I thought of food only as calories and it really started messing with my head, as someone who loves to cook and used to see food as something healthy, to have just narrowed it down to numbers seemed to be an insult to the food. So I decided I need to back to looking at food as the healthy fuel that it is and re-learn to respect and savor it again.

My pain levels have been better this week, most of it has been isolated to my shoulder, so I haven't be able to use my kettle bell this week, but I haven't been feeling up to exercising much this week because I have just been feeling lousy overall.
337.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 187.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
