Hmm. Caved on free food today and had popcorn chicken... and potato salad... and macaroni salad. Ick. I feel it, too. I'm making healthy chicken for dinner, which I may not eat since I'm actually not that hungry... With steamed veggies and salad. Yum yum. I ate a lot of fruit today too, so hopefully that helped offset the unhealthiness of lunch. I also walked for a half hour with a coworker today. I do actually feel thinner again... And the boyfriend says it looks like I've lost some more weight. Guess I got rid of the water retention. Or it may be that since I was so busy unpacking and organizing that I really didn't eat much... I really need to start hitting the gym again since I'm finally all nice and moved and unpacked and organized. I love our freaking apartment now. It really feels like home.

I'm really glad that I've been able to maintain around 140 for almost 2 months. But... I still have my goal set at 135. I'm not sure if I should change it or not. I still want to try for it, but if those 5lbs don't come off, I'm okay with it. 140 is alright I guess.

Yay for you!!! It's so great when people we love compliment us on how we look! :) I am so glad you feel like the apartment is home again. That's a needed feeling. I am also very proud of you that you've maintained for 2 months. Everything sounds just fabulous! :)

Isn't popcorn whole grain? And chicken is lean protein. So wouldn't popcorn chicken be super healthy? LOL I wouldn't worry about it too much. You've probably been burning calories like crazy during the move without even thinking about it. Since you're so close to that final goal, maybe it would be better to measure progress in another way like BF% or clothes size so the scale numbers don't drive you crazy.

Zero's comment is hilarious and he's right lol Well about the calories-burned and bf%... not the popcorn chicken ;p. 140 sounds fabulous for you, hun. I saw your before and after picks, and you look effin amazing. The fact that you have maintained is excellent. I'm glad you're settling into the apartment. Now you can get back into a steady routine.

you are so strong! i am dying over here to get the last 5 pounds off..lol no- sometimes i do feel the same way- it just kills me that i won't lose when i do try

Same here Cindy. I keep going back and forth. I am pretty sure I am in a size 6. At least in the waist. I think my thighs are still a size 10. Lol. I know I'm a lot smaller but there are still a few spots I just want to GO AWAYYY!!!!
