The last couple of days I've been severely hungry and feeling dizzy etc, which I'm putting down to not enough food, unfortunately I ended up eating 1700 calories yesterday because of it and then found today that my weight had soared back up to 77.3 kg, that was very disappointing for me.... normally at this point I'd say, fine, blow the diet, but I DON'T want to give up, so am trying something new. I am determined to lose weight!
