Firelair's Journal, 15 December 2014

As expected, my weight jumped due to that breakfast party at my boss's place and the huge Thanksgiving-like dinner at work that evening. I burned off enough calories to (theoretically) cancel out dinner, and I tried to flush my system of all of the excess salt...but oh well. Things will level out soon, and I'll be back on track to losing weight again. However, I will have to cook a turkey this upcoming weekend...as long as I don't go crazy with sidedishes, and freeze a good portion of the turkey rather than feeling as though It all needs to be consumed, then my progress shouldn't have to suffer for it!

171.2 lb Lost so far: 36.8 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
