The breakdown: the weekend was more like a weak-end. Alas. I started off things right with a strident dog walk ea. morning, but ended up sleeping a lot (to combat a coworker's cold). I ate atrociously, but at least I'm aware enough now of what I -should- be eating (1500 cals, not 3000+ -- yeesh) to admit it. I seem to do worst at lunches, when I'm pressed for time, a trend I will do my best to remedy this week. Probably the worst of the weekend was: eating too much, sleeping too much, and not playing guitar--at all. The best of it was: the final scene in "Once Upon a Time in Mexico," walking and wrestling with my dog (esp at her fav spot, the duck pond), and getting calls from my best friend j and mom in England. Not to mention I DID accomplish my 60 reps of situps/pushups for the week. :D It's a mixed bag, but turn for turn, I'm ready to face the week. Now, off to my guitar.
