The sun is shining today and it makes everything better - I feel better after actually getting outdoors yesterday and spending an hour cutting grass etc.
I have found that if I eat less for breakfast then my stomach seems to shrink a bit and I am not so hungry the rest of the day - sticking to fruit for breakfast really seems to suit me and help with not eating so much for lunch etc.
