I read your Bio. Yes please cut out ALL REFINED SUGAR PRODUCTS!!! And high carbs like processed pasta, white breads, etc.
You WILL end up w Diabetes if you don’t! And it’s not fun! I did the same thing to my body and now I have it!! 😖
I’ve lost 32 pounds now and feeling better but STILL have it after blood work. But it’s only been 6 months I’ve changed my diet so…I’ll keep going!! Type 2 is hard to beat, but it’s my end goal.
