Well another week is coming to an end and I find myself looking forward to my WI tomorrow. I know that sounds crazy but I've worked out really hard this week and make good choices in the kitchen so I'm just ready to see it. =) I'm always prepared for the worst because my body is stubborn but love it when I'm pleasantly surprised. =)

Hoping for a great weekend and lots of sprinkler time because it's suppose to be close to 100 this weekend. YUCK!

Good job this week, I look forward to seeing your WI results too! I don't know how you manage to wait all week. I weigh myself every single day. I know some plans only "allow" you to do it once a week (is WW like that?) but I don't really understand why. Maybe it's so you don't get discouraged by fluctuations over the course of the week? But personally I like to see exactly how my actions affect my weight every day. Besides, what if you happen to weigh yourself that one time a week on one of those bad water-weight days? I would find that even more discouraging if I had to wait an entire week to see it go away. Anyway, not criticizing the way you're doing things, just thinking out loud (or in writing, I suppose). Do you know the reasoning behind the once-a-week thing? Once again, good luck and have fun this weekend!

Thanks ladies!! =) Carmelly... I actually am an obsessive scale-o-holic!! =) Once I hit goal I liked to WI every day just to keep myself in check but on the way down it tends to be more harmful than good. I've been at this for a few years so I'm very aware of what foods or drinks affect my body so I'm careful to eat the right things the day before. =) I believe WW only has you WI once a week to make sure that you don't put so much focus on the scale and more on the overall life style change of eating better and moving more. =) I appreciate you thoughts though... I think it's silly too but some people actually get very discouraged if they weigh everyday. Now that I've joined meetings again, it gives me a sense of freedom to only WI at the meetings. =) Call me crazy. hehe
