If I can lose 2 pounds a week I will be extremely happy. That will take longer to lose the weight but I cannot seem to get excited about starving which I felt I did yesterday.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
