It's 7:35pm and I've only eates 490 calories today and I'm not hungry but that does mean I can go home and have chicken, potato, and a very large portion of vegetables. This certainly makes it easier not to eat junk food because every time I reach for an M&M or some other kind of junk food, I don't eat it because I don't want to have to record it. I've only been doing this two days but this may just be the secret to losing my weight.I didn't make 10,000 steps today but I will gradually get there.
