Hoping my new skipping rope will arrive this week and really kick my weight loss up a gear. Would love to have some awesome results by christmas day. Feeling incredably down at the moment hate being this size. Not sure if i should be restricting my calories more for better results. Wish droping the weight was as easy as putting it on.
