Measurements: Calf 16 = -.25, Thigh 25.75 = =, Hips 45.5 = =, Waist 41 = - .5, Ribs 39.50 = -.25, Chest 44.25 = -.25 , Arms 14 = =, Neck 15 = -.25

I have been trying to make sure I measure the exact spots as previous measurements. I haven't seen as much loss in hips and thighs as I would have liked. Although, I have just started really working on that area. Hopefully, there will be some improvement there by next Friday. I have a total 35 lb weight loss now and that is VERY exciting for me!!!

I may not meet my goal of being at 200 or less when I go to NYC at the end of the month, but after all of the walking I am sure I will be there or lower when I get home!!

I can never go back to being this overweight again. I feel soooooooo much better already and none of my old clothes are fitting anymore. I do need to get some clothes before my vacation, but I am going to wait until the weekend before. I have been perusing websites to see what is in style right now and to check prices. I think I will be going to some thrift stores to see what I can find. I definitely will not be this size forever as I am trying to change nearly everything about my eating habits. It just seems like a waste of money to buy new only to lose more. Although it is a good problen to have!!
