Was a horrible weekend, I was robbed, and I completely lose control, so I have not done any exercise since Saturday, today I feel better, so will continue with the exercises.
208.3 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
