Feeling really good about myself today. Had grilled shrimp & salmon, plus a double order of steamed broccoli with ice water for lunch. Oh, that seafood and veggies were good!

And although I looked...I didn't have a craving to dig into any of the three boxes of donuts someone brought to the office today!

:) I'm liking my little waist too much without the "extra donut" around the midsection! LOL
