weighed in this morning, the results are not surprising since I haven't been following any plan except for the you see it you eat it plan.
I did eat breakfast and I was fully dressed with shoes on when I weighed in today, so that is also effecting the results.

Well, I can't believe I've managed to lose something, since I haven't really been following any kind of diet or eating plan at all. I have been eating less though, and I haven't been snacking as much at night either. I am reading the Lose it for Life book and so far it's pretty good, church has a support group that is using this book, hopefully with God's help I can get this weight off and be healthy.

Oh yeah, I also changed my goal weight to a mini goal, I think if I work in small increments it won't make the task look so overwhelming.
