I have been having a really hard time following any plan, I just can't seem to stick to anything. However, last night I found my WW materials from when I used to go to meetings, so now I really have no excuses, I have the materials!

I think I have the WW materials kicking around too :) I'm thinking of joining TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly). From their website, it looks like something I can follow, much like WW.
