The first of the month is always a good time for me to start something new. I've been doing the low carb diet for about 3 weeks. I've lost about 8 pounds! I'm hitting a plateau and it's time to start working out! I'm waiting for my coffee to brew and then I'm off on my walk this morning! Happy Sunday to all!
