Today is Wednesday. I went slowly on my treadmill. I'm frustrated with myself because I've been eating too much at night. It's always the same story with me, and I just wish I could be consistent. And I'm embarrassed to show my face on here with my ups and downs. I know I'm in company who understands me, but it is still hard to do. I'm going to try to do another slow set on the treadmill this evening, around the time that I usually get the munchies, to try to combat the eating. Hopefully that will work.

I went between 3.0 and 3.4 on my treadmill and went up to level 4 incline. I'm taking it easy since it's been almost a week that I've taken off. I am glad I did it, though. It feels good to exercise again.

hey, lala is right. also, remember ONE CAN NOT put on fat that fast. Its not a true gain. Getting back into good routine and drinking your water will get you back to your new low! Promise! also, find out why you are binging at night, are you serving yourself too much? snacking because your bored? are you even hungry? if you are-you are not eating the right foods to hold you full though the night. Chin up woman! you are changing your bad habits and thats what matters :)
