yeah- Im only up.4 from ldw and down 1.6 from yesterday on protien day.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1020 kcal Fat: 62.76g | Prot: 64.03g | Carb: 57.49g.   Breakfast: Udo's 3-6-9 Blend, Berry Medley Frozen Fruit, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), jay robb. Lunch: vegetable soup-homemade with tons of veggies and chicken. Dinner: Salsa, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Sour Cream, avocado, olives, Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat). Snacks/Other: Organic Raw Pecan Pieces. more...
