I have 3 more days till my official weigh in and I am already down about a pound. I am afraid to weigh in, because hubby and I are going out of town, for a long weekend. I am planning on bringing snacks and I know that I can eat carb clean. What I am unsure of is the drinking. Do I really want another stall? Will my pool-side dirty martini's, be worth it?
Meanwhile, I have done pretty well on exercise and I have done excellent on eating. I am a week shy of my first full month on Atkins. I think, that if I have any carb cravings, it will be this week because it is my pre-TOM. For some reason, I don't think it will be a problem. I have honestly been 100% satisfied with my food. It is almost as if this was how my body was designed to eat in the first place.
One last thought concerning my drinking...I think I will bring with me a beatiful bar glass, some designer water, a lime and a lemon, and I will make myself pool-side mocktails...this may just work!
