2 Big 2 Fail's Journal, 26 November 2014

Took off a few weeks of tracking calories and weight training. Now I'm back.

I see others disappearing from Fatsecret and I hope they come back because it's a good site to keep you moving in the right direction.

I was out of town for a few weeks so it was difficult to get time at the computer. In the end I didn't gain much weight so that's a good thing. I wasn't working out since I couldn't get to the gym and it has set me back a little on my weights. I went back Monday night and I had to lower my settings a little bit. I'll work back up to my normally settings over the next few weeks.

Getting back on track is the plan and being good over THanksgiving will be tough.
