the weekend was terrible, drink a bottle of wine by myself, and it was good. I did exercise early on Sunday morning. I must get more exercise in but I go to work at 5:30 am and I'm at home by 06:30, when do I exercise....help.

I have found that it was easier to do them while watching a TV show. It really passes the time away. Usually I do toning exercises then. At first it was hard dragging myself to the floor @ 8 - 9 p.m., but after the first couple of times, I realized it wasn't too bad after all and it made me relax even more before bed.

No worries, just start over today and you will be fine! The exercise thing is really hard, but if you put your mind to it you can do it. I do most of my exercise during my lunch hour, it is a good stress release and also makes me feel great and get through the rest of the day, but if you can't do that then when ever you have a chance, like Mrs. H said during a TV program just do something....something is better then nothing and if you set your mind to it it will just become a natural habit for you and you won't even think about it. Keep it up, I know you can do this!

At least you enjoyed yourself. Great attitude! I think everyone struggles with making time for exercise. Like with everything else you just gotta wanna do it.
