Things are not looking good for me. My belly is bloated and the holidays are down the road. I ate a lot of cashews while watching the first season of Homeland and some of the Sunday night Dallas football game yesterday. I also ate a can of crushed tomatoes with sunflower seeds - being good to myself. But despite the good I try to do, the bad eating wins. I know that I am only allowed to eat like a rabbit and if I step out of the range of rabbit foods, then my weight blossoms. That is so unfortunate because I want to have so many other things. Stayed tuned. I am feeling a little uncomfortable at the moment because my body does not function well anywhere near 220 pounds.
