Last night my dinner was probably a little much and I didn't log it, but I tried to keep myself in check at least. There wasn't anything fried or completely awful it was just the amount that I ate. Today however I've been extremely good and the last three days I have gone to the gym and walked my 30 minutes amongst other activities.
