Doing the Dietbet.... started running more, but not losing weight like I thought I would.... Not changing diet too much.... I think eating out even healthy is so bad, hidden ingredients and who knows what they put in the stuff!! Ugg!
142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Butter and salt in most cases. Best to cook your own food whenever possible so you know for sure.

I travel for work every week and I usually bring my first day of food, but can't pack food for a whole week, so have to eat out sometimes.
