Feel like I am doing well on my diet, despite Easter weekend;) But after going from 209 to 141, lately I have been having what seems to be heart related problems. Elevated blood pressure, tightness in chest, pains down my left arm that last for a couple of hours, and this morning shortness of breath. I have made a doctor's appointment for tomorrow morning.
